The first mirrorless interchangeable camera was Panasonic's G-1, essentially a miniature digital SLR in form. The subsequent Micro Four Thirds cameras from Olympus and Panasonic eschewed this shape for a slim-pocketable style. Samsung has decided to follow the same progression, releasing their follow-up to the NX10—the $600 NX100—as a camera similar in shape to Panasonic's subsequent GF-1.
