Olympus OM-D E-M5, New Micro Four Thirds Lenses

Olympus latest Micro Four Thirds entry—the OM-D E-M5 is slated as a high-end Micro Four Thirds camera, and the first of the mirrorless cameras to have any level of weather sealing. To launch with it, Olympus also announced the Olympus FL-600R flash and two new prime lenses: the 75mm f1.8 portrait lens and the weather sealed 60mm f2.8 macro. Cosina also recently announced the Voigtländer Nokton 17.5mm f/0.95 manual focus lens (they already have a similar 25mm version), so there looks to be no shortage of high-quality lenses for micro four thirds in the normal range.

Kenko Tokina Reflex 300mm F6.3 for Micro Four Thirds

Kenko-Tokina has announced a compact, manual focus, catadioptric lens with an equivalent range of 600mm on 35mm cameras. Catadioptric lenses are basically the same thing as the telescope you may have had as a kid, and the fixed aperture and manual focus will limit its usefulness. Nevertheless, it's a 600mm-equivalent lens that can be easily carried in a bag which may find its ways into some people's collection.

Pentax K Lenses/Mirrorless Camera
