Canon announced the EOS 6D just after Nikon announced the D600; both house full-frame sensors and are in the $2000 price bracket (or $2,900 with the EF 24-105mm F4/L IS USM lens). The EOS 6D lacks the dual-card support that Nikon's D600 has, but offers higher ISO sensitivity and an auto-focus system that works better in low light. The EOS 6D also has WiFi and a GPS receiver built into the camera, saving both the cost of an external adapter as well as the bulk.
